Whether you’re a cancer survivor or caregiver, I want to help you feel comfortable returning to life after cancer, and I am available to coach you through this next part of your journey. The following coaching services are available to help you navigate life beyond treatment and find intimacy again.

Beyond the Treatment: Navigating Life

2-Part Coaching Session
$125

 

Cancer changes everything. After your cancer treatment, you may have a new perspective on how to live your life. As a cancer survivor, your life probably has new meaning and new challenges, and finding your rhythm may not be an easy task. As you put the pieces of your life back together, return to your daily routine, and reengage friendships and relationships, you may feel that you don’t fit in as you once did. When your regular medical appointments stop, you might miss that safety net of someone watching out for you.

Beyond the Treatment Coaching will will help you navigate through life after cancer treatment. This two part coaching session will address your new feelings or fears, will identify action steps to find your footing again, and will give you the confidence to reengage with others who haven’t experienced your cancer journey. You will learn simple strategies that will empower you to find your own solutions to life issues.

Finding Intimacy Again

2-Part Coaching Session

The National Cancer Institute estimates that over 40% of all cancer patients experience sexual health side effects from their cancer treatment. All too often these issues are not addressed by medical providers during cancer treatment. Reconnecting isn’t easy. Cancer treatment can cause physical changes, and it can also have negative psychological and emotional impacts. Intimate relationships can be forever impacted if issues are not addressed.

As part of this 2-part coaching session, you will learn strategies and be given the tools to address the following areas:

  • Emotional vs Physical Intimacy
  • Reconnecting/Initiating a heartfelt discussion
  • Developing questions regarding sexual health side effects for your medical provider
  • Differing Communication Styles
  • Rewriting Sexual scripts
