2. bilateral orchiectomy- removes all fertility
3. pelvic or retroperitoneal surgery may damage nerves linked to ejaculation

may reduce testosterone and sperm production

Stem‑cell/Bone marrow transplant

often includes high-does chemotherapy and total body irradiation resulting in permanent infertility
