- Focus on eating the following:
- Vegetables—especially leafy greens
- Fruits—especially blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, cranberries
- Whole grains such as oats, brown rice, whole wheat
- Beans and legumes
- Healthy fats such as olive oil, nuts
