  2. Focus on eating the following:
  • Vegetables—especially leafy greens
  • Fruits—especially blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, cranberries
  • Whole grains such as oats, brown rice, whole wheat
  • Beans and legumes
  • Healthy fats such as olive oil, nuts
