Keep Appointments

• The frequency of your follow up appointments with your oncology team will depend on your cancer diagnosis, treatment and outcomes
• Attending these appointments is important because:

1. Your oncology team can monitor ongoing side effects of your treatment(s) and maintenance medications
2. Your oncology team can suggest imaging, bloodwork if needed
3. Your oncology team may suggest screenings for secondary types of cancer, referrals to specialists and more during your survivorship visit
